GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 26 October 2015
amending Government Regulation No 59 / 2015 Coll., on service tariffs and the special allowance for professional soldiers
The Government orders pursuant to § 68 paragraphs 2 and 4 of Act No. 221 / 1999 Coll., on professional soldiers, as amended by Act No. 332 / 2014 Coll.:
Government Decree No 59 / 2015 Coll., on service tariffs and on a special surcharge for professional soldiers, is amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 2 (1) reads as follows:
"(1) The amount of the service charges belonging to the military rank referred to in Section 68 (2) of the Professional Soldiers Act shall be:

| Kapitán | 39 930 |
| Major | 45 180 |
| Podplukovník | 50 430 |
| Plukovník | 60 940 |
| Brigádní generál | 71 450 |
| Generálmajor | 81 950 |
| Generálporučík | 92 460 |
| Armádní generál | 102 980“. |
2. Paragraph 2 (2) reads as follows:
"(2) The amount of the service charges belonging to the military rank referred to in Section 68 (4) of the Professional Soldiers Act shall be:

Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 November 2015.
