THE LAW
of 22 July 2009
amending Act No. 266 / 2006 Coll., on Staff Accident Insurance, as amended, and other related laws
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Amendment to Act No. 261 / 2007 Coll.
Act No. 261 / 2007 Coll., on the stabilisation of public budgets, as amended by Act No. 2 / 2009 Coll. and Act No. 206 / 2009 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In point (e) of point (1) of point (e) of the second paragraph of Article 50:
"(e) point 66 of Article I, which shall take effect on 1 January 2010, ';
2. the following point (f) is inserted after point (e) of Article 1 (1) in Part 50:
"(f) Article I (4), which shall take effect on 1 January 2013.";
EFFECTIVE
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
