laying down the model of the service card
The Ministry of Finance provides pursuant to § 23 (2) of Act No. 69 / 2006 Coll., on the implementation of international sanctions, and under § 20 (1) of Act No. 61 / 1996 Coll., on certain measures against the legalisation of proceeds from crime and on the amendment and addition of related laws, as amended by Act No. 159 / 2000 Coll. and Act No. 284 / 2004 Coll.:
The model of the service card shown by the employees of the Ministry of Finance, the mandate to carry out activities under Act No. 69 / 2006 Coll., on the implementation of international sanctions, and under Act No. 61 / 1996 Coll., on certain measures against the legalisation of proceeds from crime and amending and supplementing related laws is set out in the Annex to this Decree.
Transitional provision
The validity of service cards issued before the date of application of this Order shall be terminated in exchange for service cards adjusted under this Order, no later than 1 September 2006.
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.

Model of service cards
I. Description
The service card is a double-sided card with dimensions of 99 x 69 mm, sealed in transparent laminating film. The security features are the price paper with watermark, the price chart with a combination of colours making it difficult to obtain copies on electronic copying devices, numbering the order number with a colour visible under UV radiation and a circular hologram sticker with a diameter of 20 mm with the inscription "Ministry of Finance" on the circumference and the middle with a depiction of a small state sign visible in one perspective, and the inscription "FAÚ" visible in the other.
a) The text "Ministry of Finance," "Czech Republic," "Financial analytical department," "service card," "card number..." and "valid until..." is printed on the RS below. In the left-hand side, the colour representation of the licence holder is 35 x 45 mm, equipped with a hologram sticker at the position marked L.S.; the requirements for the technical execution of the images comply with the technical requirements for photographs for the issue of the identity card, as laid down in specific legislation1). A large national character is printed in the right part.
b) The text on the reverse is printed:
"The holder of this service card shall be an employee of the Ministry of Finance under the Financial Analysis Department and shall be entitled to carry out the acts for which the Ministry of Finance is authorised under specific legislation on measures against the legalisation of proceeds from crime and the implementation of international sanctions.
The Ministry requests the finder to return his service card to Letenská 15, 118 10 Praha 1.
Abuse of a service card is criminal. '
