DECLARATION
of 1 July 2005
repealing Decree No. 350 / 2000 Coll., regulating the sale of medical devices, as amended
The Ministry of Health provides for the establishment of ministries and other central government bodies of the Czech Republic, as amended by Act No. 60 / 1988 Coll., Act No. 203 / 1990 Coll., Act No. 474 / 1992 Coll., Act No. 272 / 1996 Coll. and Act No. 362 / 2004 Coll.:
The following shall be deleted:
1. Decree No. 350 / 2000 Coll., regulating the sale of medical devices.
2. Decree No. 303 / 2003 Coll., amending Decree No. 350 / 2000 Coll., regulating the sale of medical devices.
3. Decree No. 42 / 2004 Coll., amending Decree No. 350 / 2000 Coll., regulating the sale of medical devices, as amended by Decree No. 303 / 2003 Coll.
This Decree shall take effect on 15 August 2005.
