amending the law by which the Czechoslovak State acquires ownership of certain real estate and movable property for the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics and the United States.
The National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on the following Act:
Paragraph 5 (1), last sentence of the Act of 5 May 1948, No. 127 Coll., by which the Czechoslovak State acquires ownership of certain real estate and movable property for the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics and the United States of America, is amended and read:
"The refund shall be payable within 60 days of the issue of the refund notice. '
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication; It shall be carried out by finance and technology ministers.
