DECLARATION
of 31 May 2006
on details of how the notification obligation under Act No. 69 / 2006 Coll., on the implementation of international sanctions
The Ministry of Finance provides, pursuant to § 23 (2) of Act No. 69 / 2006 Coll., on the implementation of international sanctions, hereinafter referred to as "the Act":
(1) In the notification of assets subject to international sanctions (hereinafter referred to as "property"), the notifier shall indicate:
(a) a brief description of the property, its value, if known to the notifier, and its location at the time of notification;
(b) who is the owner of the property, if known to the notifier,
(c) whether there is an imminent risk of damage or impairment of property or its use contrary to the law; and
(d) further information on the property considered relevant by the notifier.
(2) In the property notification, the notifier shall also indicate the possibilities of telephone or electronic communication with it.
If the notifier intends to make a notification of the property orally, or to deliver a written notification of the property in person, he shall agree in advance by telephone or other means, as specified in the Annex to this Order.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
