amending Act No. 218 / 2002 Coll., on the service of civil servants in administrative offices and on the remuneration of such employees and other servants in administrative offices (Staff Act), as amended by Act No. 131 / 2003 Coll., and Act No. 309 / 2002 Coll., on the amendment of the laws relating to the adoption of the Law on the service of civil servants in administrative offices and on the remuneration of such employees and other servants in administrative offices (Staff Act), as amended by Act No. 123 / 2003 Coll.

Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:

ČÁST PRVNÍ

Amendment of the Staff Act

Čl. I

Act 218 / 2002 Coll., on the service of civil servants in administrative offices and on the remuneration of such staff and other servants in administrative offices (Staff Act), as amended by Act 131 / 2003 Coll., is amended as follows:

1. In Articles 235 (1) and 254, "2004 'is replaced by" 2005'.

2. In Articles 235 (1) and 238 (5), "2006 'is replaced by" 2007'.

3. In Section 250, "2007 'is replaced by" 2008'.

ČÁST DRUHÁ

Amendment to Act No. 309 / 2002 Coll.

Čl. II

In Article LV of Act No. 309 / 2002 Coll., on the amendment of the laws relating to the adoption of the Act on the Service of Civil Servants in Administrative Offices and on the Remuneration of These Employees and Other Servants in Administrative Offices (Staff Act), as amended by Act No. 123 / 2003 Coll., "2004 'is replaced by" 2005, with the exception of Articles XXXIII and XXXIV, which take effect on 1 January 2004'.
