GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 22 October 1997
adjusting the amount of the charge for the use of motorways and express roads by road motor vehicles
The Government pursuant to Article 20 (4) of Act No. 13 / 1997 Coll., on the Road, provides:
The fee per calendar year for motor vehicles or combination vehicles shall be:
a) up to a total weight of 3.5 tonnes 800 CZK,
b) with a total weight of over 3.5 tonnes up to 12 tonnes of CZK 4,000,
(c) with a total weight of over 12 tonnes of CZK 8,000.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1998.
