Pursuant to Article 17 (2) of Act No. 100 / 1988 Coll., on Social Security, in an agreement with the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, in the Czech Trade Union of Workers' Industry and Federal Trade Union of Mining Workers, Geology and the Oil Industry, Decree No. 2 / 1990 of 26 June 1990 No. 033 / 15 / 90 amending and supplementing the Decree of FMHTS No. 2 / 1978 (Reg. in the amount of 10 / 1978 Coll.) and No. 3 / 1988 (Reg. in the amount of 41 / 1988 Coll.), No. 3 / 1985 (Reg.) (Reg.1 / 1986 Coll.), No. 1 / 1979 (Reg.) (Reg.), No. 10 / 1979 Coll., No. 3 / 1983 (Reg.), No. 3 / 1985 (Reg.).
The income is amended and added to the department list which includes employment in the first and second working categories for pension purposes.
The proceeds shall take effect on 9 July 1990.
The proceeds can be consulted at the Federal Ministry of Mettics, Engineering and Electrical Engineering, the directorates of state enterprises and other organisations directly managed by the Ministry.
