The Constitutional Court decided on 17 May 2005 in plenary composed of Stanislav Balík, František Duchoň, Ivana Janů, Dagmar Lastovecká, Jiří Mucha, Jan Musil, Jiří Nykodém, Pavel Rychetský, Miloslav Excellent and Michaela Židlická in the case of the proposal of the Minister of the Interior to repeal the generally binding order of the municipality of Chuchelna of 25. 9. 2003 No 2 / 2003 on the principles of domestic, small, economic animals, the breeding of dangerous and exotic species of animals in the municipality
as follows:
General binding order of the municipality of Chuchelna of 25 September 2003 No 2 / 2003 on the principles of domestic, small, farm animals, the breeding of dangerous and exotic species of animals in the territory of the municipality is repealed from the date of the publication of this finding in the Collection of Laws.
