On behalf of the Czech Republic
The Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic decided on 25 October 1995, in plenary, on the proposal of the Regional Office in Breclav to abolish certain provisions of the generally binding regulations of the municipality of Kostika on maintaining order in the municipality and on local charges
as follows:
1. In the generally binding Order on the maintenance of order in the municipality of Kostika of 29 June 1994, Article 4 of the "and the Local Charges Order 'part is deleted. The rest is rejected.
2. Article 8 (2) of the generally binding Decree of the Municipality of Kostika on local charges of 27 October 1994 is hereby repealed.
The finding takes effect on the day of publication in the Collection of Laws.
