DECLARATION
of 26 January 2021
amending Decree No. 221 / 2017 Coll., implementing certain provisions of the Weapons Act
According to Article 79 (2) and (3) of Act No. 119 / 2002 Coll., on firearms and ammunition (Act on Weapons), as amended by Act No. 228 / 2003 Coll., Act No. 484 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 170 / 2013 Coll., Act No. 229 / 2016 Coll. and Act No. 13 / 2021 Coll., ("Act '), to implement § 17 (2) (c), § 21 (9), § 30 (13), § 39a (4), § 50b, § 70f (7), § 70n (5) and § 73a (10):
Decree No. 221 / 2017 Coll., on the implementation of certain provisions of the Weapons Act, is amended as follows:
1. in Article 1, point (f) is deleted;
Points (g) and (h) shall be renumbered as points (f) and (g).
2. In the first sentence of Paragraph 6 (2), "paragraph 2 'is replaced by" paragraph 3'.
3. In Article 26 (1), the words "A-I," shall be inserted after the word "category."
4. In Paragraph 26 (2) of the Introductory Part of the provision, the words "A- I 'are inserted after the words" weapons of category'.
5. In Article 26 (3) of the Introductory Part of the Provisions, Article 29 (1) of the Introductory Part of the Provisions, Article 30 (1) and Article 31 (2) of the Introductory Part of the Provisions, "A- I," is inserted after the text "A,"
6. Part Four, including the title, is deleted.
7. In Section 30 (1) of the introductory part of the provision, the words "or C 'are replaced by the words" C or C-I'.
8. In Paragraph 30 (2), the words "or a control mark 'shall be added at the end of point 2.
9. In Article 30 (2) (3), the words "or the year of check of identification data 'shall be inserted after the words" year of verification'.
10. In Paragraph 34, the sentence "The Central Arms Registry Administrator may also allow access to the Central Arms Register by means of a guaranteed identity access using a machine-readable identity card and a contact electronic chip or other electronic identification device, as appropriate, is added at the end of paragraph 2. '.
11. in Paragraph 34 (3), the words "destruction of a weapon" shall be replaced by the words "record of the transfer of a weapon for official destruction."
12. In Paragraph 34 (4), the words ", record of transfer of ammunition to official destruction 'shall be inserted after the words" destruction of ammunition'.
13. in Paragraph 36 (1) (e):
"(e) a weapon licence, an application for an exemption, an application for authorisation, an application for an impairment, a production of a weapon cut or a transfer of ownership of a weapon of category A, A-I, B and C,"
(14) Annexes 2 to 7 shall read as follows:

Transitional provisions
1. The forms and documents referred to in Decree No. 221 / 2017 Coll., as amended before the date of entry into force of this Order, may be used until 1 August 2022.
2. The certificate of the Examination Commissioner issued before the date of entry into force of this Order shall be regarded as the certificate of the Examination Commissioner issued pursuant to Decree No. 221 / 2017 Coll., as effective from the date of entry into force of this Order; a certificate of the Examination Commissioner issued before the date of entry into force of this Order, in which the change in the place of residence of the Examination Commissioner has not been taken into account, shall not be considered to contain incorrect information.
Efficacy
This Decision shall enter into force on 30 January 2021.
