on the establishment of a list of professional activities and the amount of reimbursement of expenditure on professional activities by the State Institute for Drug Control on request under the Human Tissue and Cell Act
The Ministry of Health provides, pursuant to § 29 and for the implementation of § 27 paragraph 1 of Act No. 296 / 2008 Coll., on the Quality and Safety of Human Tissue and Cell for Human Use and on the amendment of Related Laws (Human Tissue and Cell Act), as amended by Act No. 77 / 2012 Coll. and Act No. 136 / 2017 Coll.:
The list of professional activities carried out by the State Institute for Drug Control and the amount of the reimbursement of the expenses for them are set out in the Annex to this Decree.
This decree shall take effect on the 15th day following its publication.
