DECLARATION
of 9 January 2004
amending Decree No 298 / 2000 Coll., establishing the list of wine-growing communities, the list of vineyards and their delimitation, as amended
The Ministry of Agriculture provides pursuant to § 5 (10) of Act No. 115 / 1995 Coll., on Vinohradship and Wine and amending certain related legislation, as amended by Act No. 216 / 2000 Coll.:
The Annex to Decree No 298 / 2000 Coll., establishing the list of wine-growing communities, the list of wine-growing lines and their delimitation, as amended by Decree No 228 / 2001 Coll., Decree No 402 / 2002 Coll. and Decree No 158 / 2003 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In the table "1. the wine-growing region of Prague" the following line is added at the end of the wine-growing area:
| „15. Domousnice | 1. Domousnice | 1. U sv. Jiří | Sobotka 5-7, 5-8“. |
2. The following rows shall be added at the end of the table "4.
| „9. Klapý | 1. Klapý | 1. Pod Hazmburkem | Libochovice 6-0 |
| 10. Třebívlice | 1. Šepetely | 1. Pod Šepetelským vrchem | Litoměřice 9-7, 9-8 |
| 2. Třebívlice | 1. Vince | ||
| 2. Koskov | |||
| 11. Ústí nad Labem | 1. Mojžíř | 1. Kozí vrch | Ústí nad Labem 1-7“. |
3. In the table "7. Brno wine-growing area ', the following row is added at the end of the table:
| „52. Brno-Medlánky | 1. Medlánky | 1. V pustých | Tišnov 0-7“. |
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 February 2004.
