The Plenary Session of the South Moravian National Committee in Brno pursuant to the provisions of § 39 (2) (j) of the Act on National Committees No. 69 / 1967 Coll., in the complete version published under No 28 / 1972 Coll., and pursuant to § 3 (2) of the ČNR Act No. 130 / 1974 Coll., on State Administration in the Water Economy, mandates:
1. The operation of the Water Management Agenda within the scope of § 3 (2) (a) -f) of the ČNR Act No. 130 / 1974 Coll., on State Administration in the Water Economy, by the following national committees:
in the Kreis Brno- rural:
city national committees Ivančice, Kuřim, Celebra, Rosice, Šlapanice, Tišnov, Židlochovice, Zběsov local national committee Modřice
in Gottwaldov county:
