of 30 March 1974
on the abolition of taxes on motor vehicles
The Bureau of the Federal Assembly of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic has acted in accordance with Article 58 (3) of Constitutional Law No. 143 / 1968 Coll., on the Czechoslovak Federation, on the following legal measure:
Act No. 98 / 1964 Coll., on Motor Vehicle Tax is repealed.
Act No. 8 / 1968 Coll., on the State Budget for 1968 and on certain other financial measures, is amended as follows:
Paragraph 2 (2) (c) reads as follows:
"(c) from supply and passenger cars with a cylinder capacity:
| do 800 ccm včetně | 700 Kčs |
| nad 800 ccm do 1250 ccm včetně | 900 Kčs |
| nad 1250 ccm do 2000 ccm včetně | 1300 Kčs |
| nad 2000 ccm | 1600 Kčs;“ |
This legal measure shall take effect on 1 April 1974.
