Councils of the District National Committee in New Castle
of 27 February 1970
determining the district offices of local (urban) national committees in the district of the construction offices
The Council of the Regional National Committee in Nové Zámce determines pursuant to § 9 (2) (a) of Act No. 87 / 1958 Coll., on the Construction Regulations, in conjunction with Article 6 of the Slovak National Council Act No. 72 / 1969 Coll., on certain measures in the organisation and competence of national committees in the Slovak Socialist Republic, by the construction authorities
1. the district office of the city and local national committees based in Shurany with territorial competence for the city of Shurana and the municipalities of Kostolní Sek, Lip and Nitriansky Hradok;
2. The district office of the local national committees, based in the Hrdošovce with territorial competence for the municipalities of Hrdošovka and Jatov.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
