The Minister of Transport and Communications declares pursuant to § 47 of Act No. 97 / 1950 Coll., on Railways:
On 1 April 1961, additional provisions to Article 5 of the International Convention on the Carriage of Goods by Rail (CIM), adopted at the Special Conference of the Contracting States in Bern from 5 to 7 July 1960, on the economic management of rail transport by concentrating international transport of goods on economic journeys, became effective.
The text of the additional provision will be published in the Tariff Bulletin of the Ministry of Transport and Communications.
This decree shall take effect on 1 April 1961.
