Government Regulation
of 4 July 1956
amending the scope of the field of agricultural universities.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic orders pursuant to § 1 of Act No. 143 / 1949 Coll., on Changes in the Organisation of Public Administration and within the jurisdiction of its bodies:
Universities of agriculture, including school goods, move from the field of competence of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry to that of the Ministry of Education and Culture.
The provisions of Sections 3 and 4 of Government Decree No. 108 / 1952 Coll., on the change of competence in the field of agricultural, forestry and agricultural schools, are hereby repealed.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 1956; They shall be implemented by the Ministers of Education, Culture, Agriculture and Forestry in agreement with the participating members of the Government.
