Regulation of the Minister for Interior
of 14 June 1955
on the external designation of members of the People's militia.
The Minister of Interior hereby orders, pursuant to § 15 (3) of Act No. 286 / 1948 Coll., on National Security:
(1) Members of the People's militia called for service pursuant to Article 15 (3) of Act No. 286 / 1948 Coll. are marked with a red tape of 10 cm wide, on which the black letters LM 60 mm high and 15 mm wide are printed. On the tape is an imprint of a round stamp of the respective regional commander of the People's militia.
(2) The tape is worn on the left back-up.
Order No 210 / 1949 Coll., on the external designation of persons called to service pursuant to § 15 (3) of the National Security Act, is hereby repealed.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
