DECLARATION
of 6 September 2023
amending Decree No. 394 / 2011 Coll., on the seats of the district mining offices
According to § 38 paragraph 2 of Act No. 61 / 1988 Coll., on Mining Activities, Explosives and State Mining Administration, as amended by Act No. 376 / 2007 Coll. and Act No. 184 / 2011 Coll.:
Decree No. 394 / 2011 Coll., on the seats of the district mining authorities, is amended as follows:
1. in Article 1 (a), the words "the capital of Prague and for the territory of the region" shall be replaced by the words "the capital of Prague and the region."
2. in Article 1 (e), the words "and Pardubice" shall be replaced by the words "Pardubice, Liberec and Vysočina."
3. In Article 1, at the end of point (g), the comma is replaced by a dot and point (h) is deleted.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on the day following that of its publication.
