DECLARATION
of 17 August 2012
amending Decree No 74 / 2005 Coll., on Home Education, as amended by Decree No 109 / 2011 Coll.
The Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports provides, pursuant to § 112, § 121 (1) and § 123 (5) of Act No. 561 / 2004 Coll., on pre-school, primary, secondary, higher vocational and other education (Education Act):
Decree No. 74 / 2005 Coll., on Home Education, as amended by Decree No. 109 / 2011 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. in Paragraph 2 (d):
"(d) information activities, including the collection and provision of information for children, pupils and students and, where appropriate, other persons, activities leading to the prevention of risk behaviour and training for volunteering;"
2. In Article 8 (5), the word "primarily 'shall be inserted after the word" implemented'.
3. In Article 9 (3), the words ", (c) 'shall be inserted after the words" Article 2 (a)'.
4. Paragraph 9 (4) reads as follows:
"(4) The admission to the activities of the cooperative in the form referred to in § 2 (b) or (c) shall be decided on the basis of a written application. The application for the activities of a cooperative in the form referred to in § 2 (b) shall include a written communication from the legal representatives of the participant on the extent of attendance and the method of leaving the cooperative. '
5. Paragraph 11 (3) reads as follows:
"(3) The Director may reduce or exempt the amount of remuneration if:
(a) the participant or his legal representative is the beneficiary of recurrent benefits of assistance in material distress under the Law on aid in material distress;
(b) the participant or his legal representative is entitled to an increase in the care allowance under the Social Services Act; or
c) a participant entrusted to foster care is entitled to a contribution to the reimbursement of the needs of a child under the Act on State Social Support
and shall prove that fact to the Director. ';
(6) footnotes 3 and 4 are deleted.
Efficacy
This Decree takes effect on 31 August 2012.
