DECLARATION
of 5 August 2008
amending Decree No. 182 / 1991 Coll., No. 182 / 1991 Coll., implementing the Act on Social Security and the Act of the Czech National Council on the jurisdiction of the institutions of the Czech Republic in Social Security, as amended
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs provides, pursuant to § 58 of Act No. 114 / 1988 Coll., on the Jurisdiction of the Bodies of the Czech Republic in Social Security, as amended by Act No. 144 / 1991 Coll., Act No. 582 / 1991 Coll., Act No. 118 / 1995 Coll., Act No. 91 / 1998 Coll., Act No. 360 / 1999 Coll. and Act No. 109 / 2006 Coll., and under § 127 (1) (b) of Act No. 582 / 1991 Coll., on the Organisation and Implementation of Social Security, as amended by Act No. 590 / 1992 Coll.:

1. In the first sentence of Article 3 (1), the words "and secretaries' shall be deleted.
2. In Article 3, the words "and secretaries' shall be added at the end of the text of paragraph 1.
3. In the second sentence of Article 35 (3), the word "to him 'shall be deleted.
4. In Paragraph 36 (1) (b), "close persons' is replaced by" close persons (23) '.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
