DECLARATION
Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs
of 12 November 1998
amending Decree No. 204 / 1994 Coll., laying down the scope and detailed conditions for the provision of personal protective equipment and washing, cleaning and disinfection equipment
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, in agreement with the Ministry of Health, provides, pursuant to § 133 (8) of the Labour Code No. 65 / 1965 Coll., as amended by Act No. 74 / 1994 Coll.:
Paragraph 1 of Decree No. 204 / 1994 Coll., laying down the scope and detailed conditions for the provision of personal protective equipment and washing, cleaning and disinfection equipment, paragraph 3, including footnote 3, reads:
"(3) Only those protective equipment which comply with the conditions laid down by special legislation.3)
3) Decree No. 172 / 1997 Coll., laying down technical requirements for personal protective equipment. '
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
