THE LAW
of 2 November 1995
amending the Act of the Czech National Council No. 367 / 1990 Coll., on municipalities (municipal establishment), as amended, and the Act of the Czech National Council No. 200 / 1990 Coll., on infringements, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Act of the Czech National Council No. 200 / 1990 Coll., on infractions, as amended by the Act of the Czech National Council No. 337 / 1992 Coll., Act of the Czech National Council No. 344 / 1992 Coll., Act of the Czech National Council No. 359 / 1992 Coll., Act No. 67 / 1993 Coll., Act No. 290 / 1993 Coll., Act No. 134 / 1994 Coll., Act No. 82 / 1995 Coll. and Act No. 237 / 1995 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 46 (3) reads as follows:
"(3) A fine of up to CZK 30,000 may be imposed for the offence referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2."
2. in Paragraph 47 (1), point (ch) shall be deleted;
3. Paragraph 47 (2) reads as follows:
"(2) For an offence referred to in paragraph 1 (a) to (d), a fine of up to 1000 CZK may be imposed, for an offence referred to in paragraph 1 (e) and (f) a fine of up to 3000 CZK and for an offence referred to in paragraph 1 (g) and (h) a fine of up to 50 000 CZK."
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
