DECLARATION
Ministry of Environment
of 8 November 1993
amending and supplementing Decree No. 41 / 1992 of the Ministry of the Environment of the Czech Republic Coll., defining areas requiring specific air protection and laying down the principles for the creation and operation of smog regulatory systems and certain other measures for air protection
The Ministry of the Environment provides pursuant to § 12 (b) and (f) of the Act of the Czech National Council No. 389 / 1991 Coll., on the State Administration of Air Protection and Charges for its Pollution:
Decree of the Ministry of the Environment of the Czech Republic No. 41 / 1992 Coll., defining areas requiring specific air protection and laying down the principles for the creation and operation of smog regulatory systems and certain other measures for air protection, are amended and supplemented as follows:
1. the words "their operators" shall be inserted after the word "pollution."
2. In the first sentence of Paragraph 4 (4), the following words are added at the end: "and unless the weather forecast expects a deterioration of the dispersion conditions within 48 hours following a decrease in concentrations not exceeding the specific limit values'.
3. The first sentence of Article 5 (1) reads: "In the areas referred to in Article 1 (e), in the territory of the cities and in the territory of the districts listed in Part B of Annex 1, an authorised organisation shall establish and operate an automated measuring network for continuous measurement of the particulate concentrations of pollutants in the air. '
4. the following point (d) shall be added to Article 8:
"(d) the range of emission control."
5. In Article 9 (2), "Article 5 (1) (c) 'is replaced by" Article 4 (1) (c)'.
6. The text of Annex No 1 shall be renumbered Part A), deleted from the text under (a) the words "Karlovy Vary 'and under (b) the word" Jablonec' shall be replaced by the words "Jablonec n. N. 'followed by the words" Karlovy Vary'.
7. the following Part B is added to Annex No 1:
"(B)

1. Public information is followed by an increase in the average hourly ozone concentration of 180 µg / m3
2. Public warning is followed by an average hourly concentration of 360 µg / m3 ozone '.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
