issued in agreement with the participating central authorities (authorities) pursuant to § 67 (1) of Act No. 47 / 1956 Coll., on Civil Aviation (Aviation Act), as amended, the Decree of 28 June 1990 No. 18 000 / 90-0220, which issued Regulation L 1 Eligibility of civil aviation personnel.
Decree No L 1 on the competence of civil aviation personnel No 21 765 / 76-20 of 14.10.1976 reg. of 14 / 1977 Coll., as amended by Decree No. 6 635 / 80-20 of 14.3.1980 reg. of 19.9.1984 Coll., No. 13 / 099 / 83-20 of 14.7.1983 Coll., as amended by Decree No. 4 / 1984 Coll., No. 18140 / 84-020 of 12.9.1984 Coll., No. 22 / 1984 Coll., No. 21685 / 85-020 of 19.3.1986 Coll., No. 15.807 / 87-20 of 28.10.1987 Reg., No. 13.089 / 88-220 of 19.9.1988 Coll.
The yield shall take effect on 10 July 1990.
The proceeds can be consulted at the Federal Ministry of Transport and at the State Air Inspection.
The distribution of the proceeds is entrusted to Air Traffic Control CSFR, Air Information Service - Prague Ruzyně Airport, Postal code 160 08.
