DECLARATION
of 13 September 2022
on the issue of the gold coin "City Monument Reservation Litomerice" for 5 000 CZK
The Czech National Bank provides pursuant to § 22 paragraph 1 (a) of Act No. 6 / 1993 Coll., on the Czech National Bank, as amended by Act No. 442 / 2000 Coll. and Act No. 89 / 2018 Coll.:
(1) On 4 October 2022, a gold coin "City Monuměřice Monuměřice" is issued as part of the "City Monuměřice Reservation" cycle for 5 000 CZK ("Coins").
(2) Coins are issued in the normal version and in a special version with polished field of coin and matt relief.
(3) Coins are rolled of gold of purity 999.9. The weight of the coin is 15,55 g, 28 mm diameter and 1.95 mm thickness. When the coin is embossed, the tolerance in gold purity is up to 0,01%, the difference in weight up to 0,062 g, the tolerance in diameter 0,1 mm and the tolerance in thickness 0,15 mm. The coin edge in the normal version is serrated, the coin edge in the special version is smooth.
(1) The upper part of the coin is represented by heraldic animals from a large national character, at the top of the Czech lion, on the left of the Moravian eagle and on the right of the Silesian eagle. In the upper edge of the coin is a copy of the text "MAMATIC RESERVATION" under which there is an unclosed circle. Partial facades and shields of baroque and classicist houses are depicted at the bottom of the coin. The text "CZECH REPUBLIC" and the denomination of the coin with the abbreviation "5 000 CZK" is located at the bottom edge of the coin. The brand of the Czech Mint, which consists of the letters "No" and "M", is placed on the right under the Silesian eagle.
(2) On the reverse side of the coin is a collage of the most important architectural monuments of the City Heritage Reserve Litoměřice, from the left baroque house at the address Peace Square 21 / 13, Gothic city tower at the Church of All Saints, Renaissance house under Báňí, now also called the house Kalich or the house U Kalicha, with a glass-to-wine tower at the address Peace Square 15 / 7, the Renaissance building of the old town hall at the address Peace Square 171 / 40 and a classicically modified house at the address Peace Square 19 / 11. At the bottom edge of the coin is the text "TOWN LITHUDIES" and the year of the stamping "2022." The originals of Lenka Sky, DiS. Coins, which are composed of the composite letters "L" and "N", are located at the top of the coin.
(3) The coin is shown in the annex to this decree.
This Decree shall take effect on 4 October 2022.
