repealing Decree of the Ministry of Finance No. 438 / 2000 Coll., on gift vouchers for providing donations to political parties and political movements
The Ministry of Finance provides, pursuant to Articles 4 (1) and 24 of Act No. 2 / 1969 Coll., on the Establishment of Ministries and other Central Authorities of the Government of the Czech Republic, as amended by Act No. 60 / 1988 Coll., Act No. 203 / 1990 Coll., Act No. 474 / 1992 Coll., Act No. 21 / 1993 Coll., Act No. 135 / 1996 Coll., Act No. 272 / 1996 Coll., Act No. 15 / 1998 Coll., Act No. 63 / 2000 Coll. and Act No. 421 / 2004 Coll.:
Decree No. 438 / 2000 Coll., on gift vouchers for providing donations to political parties and political movements, is hereby repealed.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
