GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 6 October 1993
amending Decree No. 192 / 1988 of the Government of the Czech Socialist Republic Coll., on poisons and certain other harmful health substances, as amended by Decree No. 182 / 1990 of the Government of the Czech Republic Coll. and Decree No. 33 / 1992 of the Government of the Czech Republic Coll.
The Government orders pursuant to Section 82 of Act No. 20 / 1966 Coll., on the Care of People's Health, as amended by Act No. 161 / 1993 Coll.:
Čl. I
Decree of the Government of the Czech Socialist Republic No. 192 / 1988 Coll., on poisons and certain other substances harmful to health, as amended by Decree of the Government of the Czech Republic No. 182 / 1990 Coll. and Decree of the Government of the Czech Republic No. 33 / 1992 Coll., is amended as follows:
In Article 27 (6), the words "except for products containing codeine, diphenoxylate, ethylmorphine, folcodine and ephedrine 'are added after the words" preparations'.
Čl. II
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
