adjusting certain refunds under the Act on travel, removal and other expenses
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic hereby orders pursuant to § 3, § 3, § 5, § 1 and § 2 and § 7, § 1 of the Act of 14 October 1949, No 234 Coll., on Reimbursement of Travel, Moving and Other Expenditure ("the Act '):
(1) The diet may not exceed 130 CZK for each working day.
(2) Bed and breakfast shall not exceed the amount of CZK 70 per night per working trip. If it is not sufficient to cover the necessary accommodation costs, this expenditure shall be reimbursed in the amount shown.
(1) Allowances may not exceed the maximum amount of food and bed for the first 14 days, after that period in the married and equal to 120 Ccs, 70 Ccs per day in other persons. The implementing rules provided for in Section 10 of the Act lay down who is to be treated as married.
(2) The supplement to the diet provided to the person allocated temporarily on the day of his return to residence shall not exceed 35 Kcs per day.
The severance grant shall not exceed the maximum amount of food and accommodation for the first 14 days, after which period 120 Kčs per day.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day on which the law enters into force; All members of the government will do it.
