DECLARATION

amending Decree No. 389 / 2011 Coll., on the implementation of certain provisions of the Act on aid in material distress
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs provides pursuant to § 80 of Act No. 111 / 2006 Coll., on aid in material emergency, as amended by Act No. 382 / 2008 Coll. and Act No. 366 / 2011 Coll.:
Decree No. 389 / 2011 Coll., on the implementation of certain provisions of the Act on aid in material distress, is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 1 (1) (a), "CZK 1 380" is replaced by "CZK 1 511."
2. in Paragraph 1 (1) (b), the amount "CZK 1 000" is replaced by "CZK 1 095";
3. In Paragraph 1 (1) (c), "CZK 1 050" is replaced by "CZK 1 150."
4. In Paragraph 1 (1) (d), "CZK 1,130" is replaced by "CZK 1,238."
5. In Paragraph 1 (1) (e), "CZK 2 220" is replaced by "CZK 2 431."
6. in Paragraph 1 (1) (f), the amount "CZK 2,800" is replaced by "CZK 3,066";
7. In Paragraph 1 (1) (g), the amount "CZK 1 090" is replaced by "CZK 1 194."
8. In Paragraph 1 (1) (h), the amount "CZK 1 070" is replaced by "CZK 1 172."
9. In Paragraph 1 (1) (i), the amount "CZK 1,100" is replaced by "CZK 1,205."
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 October 2022.
