amending Decree No 389 / 2017 Coll., fixing the flat-rate amounts of the costs of veterinary checks linked to import or export
The Ministry of Agriculture provides, pursuant to Article 78 of Act No. 166 / 1999 Coll., on Veterinary Care and on the amendment of certain related laws (Veterinary Act), as amended by Act No. 131 / 2003 Coll., Act No. 316 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 48 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 182 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 227 / 2009 Coll., Act No. 308 / 2011 Coll., Act No. 359 / 2012 Coll., Act No. 279 / 2013 Coll., Act No. 139 / 2014 Coll., Act No. 264 / 2014 Coll., and Act No. 302 / 2017 Coll., to implement § 38b. 4 and § 75 paragraphs 5 and 6 of the Veterinary Act:
Decree No 389 / 2017 Coll., establishing the flat-rate amounts of the costs of veterinary checks linked to imports or exports, shall be amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 2, including the title, reads:
Amount of the flat-rate amount of veterinary inspection costs associated with the issuing of the veterinary certificate for export of animals or animal products
The amount of the flat-rate amount of the costs of veterinary checks associated with the issue of the veterinary certificate for export of animals or animal products (hereinafter referred to as the "export flat-rate amount ') shall be as set out in Annex 1 to this Regulation and shall be fixed per inspector for each beginning of the period of veterinary inspection.';
2. In Section 5, the words "(" import flat-rate amount ')' are inserted after the words "2018 and 2019 'and the words" this Order' are replaced by the words "No 2 to this Order '.
3. The following Annex 1 is inserted:
