DECLARATION
of 17 September 2010
repealing Decree No 273 / 2000 of the Ministry of Health Coll., laying down the maximum permitted residues of veterinary medicinal products and bioactive substances used in animal production in foodstuffs and food ingredients, as amended
According to Article 19 (1) (a) of Act No. 110 / 1997 Coll., on Food and Tobacco Products and amending and supplementing certain related laws, as amended by Act No. 306 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 146 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 316 / 2004 Coll. and Act No. 120 / 2008 Coll.:
§ 1
The following shall be deleted:
1. Decree No. 273 / 2000 Coll.
2. Decree No. 106 / 2002 Coll., amending Decree No. 273 / 2000 Coll., laying down the maximum permitted residues of veterinary medicinal products and bioactive substances used in animal production in food and food materials.
3. Decree No. 44 / 2004 Coll., amending Decree No. 273 / 2000 Coll., laying down the maximum permitted residues of veterinary medicinal products and bioactive substances used in animal production in foodstuffs and food materials, as amended by Decree No. 106 / 2002 Coll.
§ 2
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 15 October 2010.
