GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 14 September 2022
on the maximum amount of the contribution to support the employment of persons with disabilities in the protected labour market
The Government orders pursuant to § 78a paragraph 17 of Act No. 435 / 2004 Coll., on Employment, as amended by Act No. 365 / 2019 Coll.:
Preliminary provisions
This Regulation establishes the maximum amount of the contribution to support the employment of disabled persons provided by the employer with whom the Labour Office of the Czech Republic has concluded a written agreement on his recognition as an employer in the protected labour market (hereinafter referred to as the "contribution ').
Maximum amount of contribution
The maximum amount of the allowance is CZK 14.200.
Temporal scope
Under this Regulation, for the first time, the contribution for the third calendar quarter of 2022 shall be determined.
Repeal
Government Regulation No 388 / 2020 Coll., on the maximum amount of the contribution to support the employment of disabled persons in the protected labour market, is repealed.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 October 2022.
