THE LAW
of 15 October 2019
amending Act No 223 / 2016 Coll., on retail and wholesale sales time
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Act No 223 / 2016 Coll., on Sales Time in Retail and Wholesale, is amended as follows:
1. In the title of the law, the words "and wholesale 'are deleted.
2. In Section 1, the words "and wholesale 'are deleted.
3. In Article 1 (1), the words "and wholesale 'are deleted.
4. In Paragraph 1 (2), the words "and wholesale 'are deleted.
5. in Article 1 (3) (f), the words "and wholesale" shall be deleted;
6. In Paragraph 3 (1), the words "or wholesale 'are deleted.
7. In Paragraph 3 (1), "or 'is replaced by" or'.
Efficacy
This Act shall take effect on the 15th day following its publication.
