on the issue of a price decision
According to Article 10 (2) of Act No. 526 / 1990 Coll., on Prices, as amended, the Energy Regulatory Authority informs that, pursuant to Article 17 (6) (d) of Act No. 458 / 2000 Coll., on the Terms and Conditions of Business and on the Performance of Government Administration in the Energy Sector and on the Amendment of Certain Laws (Energy Act), as amended, it issued a Price Decision No. 1 / 2014 of 12 November 2014 establishing aid for supported energy sources.
According to Article 17 (9) of the Energy Law, the Energy Regulatory Authority published price decision No 1 / 2014 in the Energy Regulatory Journal of 13 November 2014, amounting to 4. The price decision became valid on that date. This price decision shall take effect on 1 January 2015.
