DECLARATION

determining the total annual maximum amount of substances harmful to or threatening the ozone layer of the Earth which may be produced or imported in 1996
The Ministry of the Environment provides pursuant to § 5 (8) (a) of Act No. 86 / 1995 Coll., on the protection of the ozone layer of the Earth:
§ 1
The total annual maximum permitted quantity of substances, (1) including substances contained in products which may be produced or imported in 1996, is set at 950 tonnes for substances listed in Part C of the Annex to Act No 86 / 1995 Coll. and for substances listed in Part D of the Annex to that Act at 30 tonnes.
§ 2
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
