DECLARATION
Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports
of 12 October 1993
amending and supplementing the Decree of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Czech Republic No. 48 / 1993 Coll., on school meals
The Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports, in agreement with the Ministry of Health pursuant to § 13 (l) of the Czech National Council Act No. 564 / 1990 Coll., on State Administration and Self-Government in Education, provides:
Decree of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Czech Republic No. 48 / 1993 Coll., on school meals, is amended as follows:
1. In § 1, the words "in the case of secondary health schools, the Ministry of Health" are added to the end.
2. In Paragraph 2 (b), the words "or a facility and a secondary health school, if the establishment serves that school, 'are added at the end.
3. In Article 7 (1), the second and third sentences are deleted.
They shall be deleted:
1. the Directive of the Ministry of Education of the Czech Socialist Republic and the Ministry of Health of the Czech Socialist Republic of 6 January 1983 No 34 699 / 82-14 on school meals registered in the amount of 3 / 1983 Coll., as amended by the Directive of the Ministry of Education of the Czech Socialist Republic and the Ministry of Health of the Czech Socialist Republic of 25 July 1985 No 22 275 / 85-40, registered in the amount of 19 / 1985 Coll.,
2. instruction from the Ministry of Education of the Czech Socialist Republic and the Ministry of Health of the Czech Socialist Republic of 27 December 1983 No 28 591 / 83-40 for the organisation and operation of school meals.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
