determining the date on which the district national committees take up their responsibilities in matters of public measurement and mapping.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic hereby orders, pursuant to Article IV of the Law of 17 November 1949, No 250 Coll., amending and supplementing the Geometric Act:
The Regional National Committees, after the case of the National Committees exercising their powers, shall exercise their powers in matters of public measurement and mapping pursuant to Article 4 (2) of the Law of 16 April 1948, No 82 Coll., on the regulation of competence in matters of public measurement and mapping (the Geometry Act), as amended by Act No. 250 / 1949 Coll., on 1 January 1950.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1950; They shall be implemented by the Ministers of Technology, Finance and Interior in agreement with the participating members of the Government.
