DECLARATION
of 26 November 2018
on the issue of the commemorative silver two hundred crowns for the 300th anniversary of the death of Jan Brokoff
The Czech National Bank provides pursuant to § 22 paragraph 1 (a) of Act No. 6 / 1993 Coll., on the Czech National Bank, as amended by Act No. 442 / 2000 Coll. and Act No. 89 / 2018 Coll.:
(1) On 12 December 2018 the 300th anniversary of the death of Jan Brokoff is issued with a commemorative silver coin of CZK 200 (hereinafter referred to as the "two hundred koruna").
(2) Two hundred koruna is issued in the normal version and in a special version with polished field of coin and matte relief (hereinafter "special version").
(3) Two hundred koruna is rolled from an alloy containing 925 parts of silver and 75 parts of copper. The weight of two hundred crowns is 13 g, its diameter is 31 mm and its strength is 2,35 mm. In the case of an embossing of two hundred crowns, the tolerance in the silver content shall be up to 1%, the difference in weight up to 0,26 g, the tolerance in diameter 0,1 mm and the tolerance in thickness 0,15 mm. The edge of two hundred crowns in normal design is serrated, the edge of two hundred crowns in special design is smooth with the feature "CZECH NATIONAL BANKA * Ag 0.925 * 13 g *."
(1) On the front side of the two hundred crown, the statue of St. John Nepomuk on the pedestal is depicted in the middle of the coin field. Around the halo is the name of the state "CZECH REPUBLIC" in the copy. The denomination of the coin with the abbreviation "200 CZK" is located at the lower left edge of the coin. The brand of the Czech Mint consisting of the letters "No" and "M" is placed to the right of the pedestal.
(2) On the reverse side of the two-hundredth crown, there is a vertical text "JAN BROKOFF 'in the middle of the coin field, which is supplemented in the upper part by a circular composition with the years" 1718' and "2018 '. The text and dates are supplemented by a historical decoration with baroque details. The author's brand Asamata Baltaeva, DiS., is located at the lower left edge of the coin.
(3) The picture of the two hundred crown is given in the annex to this decree.
This Decision shall enter into force on 12 December 2018.
