DECLARATION
of 19 August 2009
repealing Decree No 62 / 2007 Coll., amending Decree No 73 / 2005 Coll., on the education of children, pupils and students with special educational needs and children, pupils and students of extraordinary talents, as amended
The Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports provides, pursuant to Sections 19, 23 (3) and 56 of Act No. 561 / 2004 Coll., on Pre-School, Basic, Medium, Higher Vocational and Other Education (Education Act), as amended by Act No. 383 / 2005 Coll. and Act No. 49 / 2009 Coll.:
The following shall be deleted:
1. Decree No. 62 / 2007 Coll., amending Decree No. 73 / 2005 Coll., on the education of children, pupils and students with special educational needs and children, pupils and students of extraordinary talents.
2. Decree No. 227 / 2007 Coll., amending Decree No. 62 / 2007 Coll., amending Decree No. 73 / 2005 Coll., on the education of children, pupils and students with special educational needs, and children, pupils and students of extraordinary talents.
3. Decree No. 326 / 2008 Coll., amending Decree No. 62 / 2007 Coll., amending Decree No. 73 / 2005 Coll., on the education of children, pupils and students with special educational needs and children, pupils and students of extraordinary talents, as amended by Decree No. 227 / 2007 Coll.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 September 2009.
