GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 25 June 2001
amending Government Regulation No. 246 / 1998 Coll., laying down lists of classified information, as amended
The Government orders the implementation of Act No. 148 / 1998 Coll., on the Protection of classified information and on the amendment of certain laws, as amended by Act No. 164 / 1999 Coll., Act No. 18 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 29 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 30 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 363 / 2000 Coll. and Act No. 60 / 2001 Coll.:
Government Decree No. 246 / 1998 Coll., laying down lists of classified information, as amended by Government Decree No. 89 / 1999 Coll., Government Decree No. 152 / 1999 Coll. and Government Order No. 17 / 2001 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Annex 3, the following point 17 is added at the end:
| „17. | Zásadní zahraničněpolitické koncepce týkající se citlivých otázek mezinárodních vztahů | V - T“. |
2. in Annex 6, the following footnote (2a) is added at the end of point 8; footnote (2a) is added:
"(2a) Sections 55 (2) and 209 of the Code of Criminal Procedure."
3. In Annex 6, the following point 9 is inserted after point 8, including footnote 2b:

2b) Act No. 137 / 2001 Coll., on the special protection of witnesses and other persons in connection with criminal proceedings and amending Act No. 99 / 1963 Coll., Civil Code, as amended. '
Points 9 to 14 shall become points 10 to 15.
4. In Annex 6, the following point 16 is added at the end:
| „16. | Údaje vztahující se k zajištění zvláštní ochrany a pomoci poskytované svědkovi a dalším osobám v souvislosti s trestním řízením podle zvláštního zákona2b) | V-D | V - D“. |
5. In Annex 7, point 23, the following point (b) is inserted after point (a):
| „b) | údaje vztahující se k zajištění zvláštní ochrany a pomoci poskytované svědkovi a dalším osobám v souvislosti s trestním řízením podle zvláštního zákona2b) | V-D | V-D | V - D“. |
Point (b) shall be renumbered (c).
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
