DECLARATION
Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports
of 6 November 1995
amending Decree of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Czech Republic No. 400 / 1991 Coll., on the material and financial security of foreigners studying in schools under the responsibility of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Czech Republic
The Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports provides for the Act No. 29 / 1984 Coll., on the System of Primary Schools, Secondary Schools and Higher Vocational Schools (Education Act), as amended by Act No. 171 / 1990 Coll. and Act No. 138 / 1995 Coll., and pursuant to § 35 (2) (a) of Act No. 172 / 1990 Coll., on Higher Education:
Decree of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Czech Republic No. 400 / 1991 Coll., on the material and financial security of foreigners studying in schools under the responsibility of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Czech Republic, is amended as follows:
1. in § 3 (1) (a), the amount "1500 CZK" is replaced by "2500 CZK."
2. in § 3 (1) (b) the amount "1800 CZK" is replaced by "3000 CZK."
3. Article 3 (5) reads as follows:
"(5) If scholarships interrupt their studies for serious medically documented health reasons, the scholarship shall also be granted for the period of incapacity for work if the scholarships remain on the territory of the Czech Republic for a maximum period of three months from the start of incapacity for work."
4. Paragraph 5 of paragraphs 1 and 3 shall be deleted; at the same time, the numbering of paragraphs shall be deleted.
A scholarship of an amount in accordance with this Order shall be granted to scholarships already within the calendar month in which the Order was published in the Collection of Laws.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
