determining a period with a lower need for work by organisations of military forests and goods
In agreement with the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, the Ministry of Defence provides, pursuant to Section 105 (4) of the Labour Code:
The period from 1 December of the calendar year until 31 March of the following calendar year shall be a lower period for the purpose of providing additional leave to workers of military forest and farm organisations.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
