THE LAW
of 24 May 2002
on the acceptance by the Czech Republic of a loan to finance investment needs related to the implementation of the motorway bypass project of Pilsen and related road lenders
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
(1) The Czech Republic is entitled to receive a loan from the European Investment Bank to finance investment needs related to the implementation of the motorway bypass project of Pilsen and related road lenders of EUR 210 000 000, due within 25 years of the date of signature of the credit agreement.
(2) The project of the motorway bypass of Pilsen and related road lenders means the preparation, construction and control of the following motorway and road sections:

| c) | D5 –0510/II | Útušice – Sulkov |
| d) | D5 – 0510/III | Most přes Úslavu |
| e) | D5 – 0510/IV | Most přes Úhlavu |
| f) | D5 – 0510/V | Most přes Radbúzu |
| g) | I/27 | Plzeň Tyršův sad – ulice Sukova 1. stavba |
| h) | I/27 | Plzeň Tyršův sad – ulice Sukova 2. stavba |
| i) | I/27 | Litice – Šlovice |
| j) | I/27 | Plzeň Tyršův sad – mimoúrovňové křížení |
| k) | I/20 | Plzeň D5 – ulice K dráze |
| l) | I/20 | Plzeň ulice K dráze – ulice Jasmínová |
| m) | II/180 | Plzeň – Černice |
(3) The loan agreement for acceptance of the loan referred to in paragraph 1 is negotiated on behalf of the Czech Republic by the Minister for Finance.
The total expenditure of the State Budget approved by the State Budget Act in the financial year in which the funds thus obtained will be used may be exceeded by the funds obtained under Article 1. This overrun shall be amended in the relevant financial year by the balance of the State budget and by the appropriations.
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
