GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 25 September 1997
fixing the rate of duty applicable to imports of products the preferential rate of duty of which is defined by a special regulation by the term "max."
The Government mandates pursuant to § 56 paragraph 2 and § 57 paragraph 1 (f) of the Czech National Council Act No. 13 / 1993 Coll., Customs Act, as amended by Act No. 113 / 1997 Coll.:
Goods falling within subheadings 0403 90 71, 0403 90 73, 2202 90 95 and 2202 90 99 of the Customs Tariff, the preferential rate of duty of which is determined by the term "max. ', shall be charged in accordance with the conventional rates of duty laid down by the special Regulation.2)
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.

1) Communication from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs No. 251 / 1997 Coll., on the negotiation of Decision No. 1 / 97 The Association Council between the European Communities and their Member States, of the one part, and the Czech Republic, of the other part, of 3 April 1997 concerning customs duties applied by the Czech Republic to imports of processed agricultural products originating in the Community.
2) Decree of the Government No 301 / 1996 Coll., on the issue of the Customs Tariff and on the fixing of import duty rates for goods originating in developing and least developed countries and the conditions for their application (Customs Tariff).
