DECLARATION
Ministry of Finance
of 13 November 1995
amending and supplementing the Decree of the Ministry of Finance No. 176 / 1993 Coll., on rental from the apartment and payment for the supply provided with the use of the apartment, as amended by Decree No. 30 / 1995 Coll.
The Ministry of Finance provides pursuant to § 2 (2) (a) of the Act of the Czech National Council No. 265 / 1991 Coll., on the competence of the authorities of the Czech Republic in the field of prices, as amended by Act No. 135 / 1994 Coll.:
The Decree of the Ministry of Finance No. 176 / 1993 Coll., on rent from the apartment and payment for the supply provided with the use of the apartment, as amended by Decree No. 30 / 1995 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. in Article 3 (8) (a), the text behind the semicolon shall be deleted.
2. In Article 3, the following paragraph 9 is inserted after paragraph 8, including footnote 14:
"(9) Public funds are not funds provided under the Act on Construction Savings and State aid for Construction Savings and Government Regulation laying down conditions for State financial support for mortgage lending for residential construction. 14)

Paragraph 9 shall become paragraph 10.
3. In Article 6 (2), the following shall be inserted after the words "to be determined": "for the last tenant of the apartment before its renovation or modernisation."
4. Paragraph 6 (3) is deleted.
5. Note 11:
"11) For example, Decree No. 245 / 1995 Coll., laying down rules for heating and supply of hot water, including the cost of buildings and between final consumers."
6. In the last sentence of the Annex to the Decree in point 2 (a), the word "double 'is replaced by the word" triple' and the following words are added at the end after the words "pursuant to § 5 ':" and 5a'.
7. In the Annex to the Decree in point 2 (b), the following words "and 5a 'are added at the end after the words" pursuant to § 5'.
The rent regulation provided for in paragraphs 3, 6 and 7 of this Decree also applies to leases incurred before the effective date of this Decree.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 1996.
