of 26 May 1992
on the level of remuneration and the arrangements for payment of remuneration and compensation of members of the election committees
Federal Ministry of Finance in the Agreement with the Federal Ministry of Interior pursuant to § 52 paragraphs 2 and 3 of Act No. 47 / 1990 Coll., on Elections to the Federal Assembly, as amended by Act No. 59 / 1992 Coll. (full version No. 607 / 1992 Coll.), and pursuant to § 22 paragraph 3 of Act No. 179 / 1992 Coll., on the Law No. 76 / 1952 Coll., on the Tax Act No. 94 / 1992 Coll. (full version No. 120 / 1992 Coll.) and § 22 paragraph 3 of the Slovak National Council Act No. 76 / 1952 Coll., on the Election to the Czech National Council of the Slovak Republic in the Agreement with the Ministry of the Slovak Republic under § 51 paragraph 2 and 3 of the Slovak National Council.
(1) The remuneration for the performance of the duties of a member of the District Electoral Commission who is not entitled to a paid leave of absence, 1) amounts to 500 CZK. The remuneration is exempt from payroll tax.
(2) The remuneration referred to in paragraph 1 shall be paid:
(a) in the Czech Republic, the municipal (municipal) office or office which acts as the municipal office in whose district the district electoral commission is established;
(b) in the Slovak Republic, the competent municipal authority or municipal authority and in the capital of the Slovak Republic Bratislava and in Košice, the competent municipal authority.
(3) The remuneration shall be paid within 30 days of the end of the activities of the district electoral commission.
(1) The employer who has paid compensation for salary or salary (2) shall claim the reimbursement of such compensation for:
(a) the Federal Ministry of the Interior, if they are members of the Central Election Commission;
(b) Ministry of Interior of the Czech Republic, if they are members of the Czech Electoral Commission and Regional Electoral Commission in the Czech Republic;
(c) the Ministry of Interior of the Slovak Republic, if they are members of the Slovak Electoral Commission;
(d) regional authorities, if they are members of the Regional Electoral Commission in the Czech Republic and members of the Regional Electoral Commission and Regional Electoral Commission in the Slovak Republic;
(e) the office referred to in Paragraph 1 (2), if they are members of the district electoral commission.
(2) The compensation shall be paid by the authorities referred to in paragraph 1 to employers within 15 days of the entitlement being exercised.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
