on the collection of surrogates for direct taxes on the financial year 1950.
The National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on the following Act:
Replacement allowances collected for direct taxes pursuant to § 15, paragraph 1 of the Act of 20 December 1946, No 249 Coll., as amended by the Act of 20 July 1948, No 205 Coll., shall also be collected for the financial year 1950.
Paragraph 15 (2) of Law No 249 / 1946 Coll. does not apply to the financial year 1950.
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication; to be carried out by the Minister for Finance.
